Expansions:
- Major changes to nullsec, specifically a nerf to capital ship mobility and sov capture mechanics
- Iterations on lots of stuff
Meta:
- CFC renamed Imperium, have gone from first among equals last year to dominant in null
- FotM shifted away from drones and N+1 carriers and is somewhat healthy now, except the Tactical Destroyers are OP.
- Read up on the recent introduction of Command Destroyers, they will shake the meta further

Can you buy 20 budget meta cruisers and/or frigs, and start giving them out to newbies that want to spend their Xmas eve (if they are in my timezone) or their 23rd of December flying around with some of us tutor types?
I may be able to get us some organised opponents too. I wouldn't be surprised if people from CODE. and/or Marmite are interested in being involved (either with us or against us).
If you need ISK to fund free ships for newbs that want to roam let me know (I'm under the impression you are worth a few tens of billions of ISK, maybe a hundred, if this is wrong speak up and I can throw you some ISK to fund it)
Edit: Am open to FCing but in that case I probably shouldn't speak to friends about being on the other side. If I'm FCing, I know Loyalanon will definitely headshot me :)

Come up with a doctrine that can be trained into in a few hours (main thing is, either all shields or all armor). I can fly something to assist either (probably a command ship). Go with meta 3 as the default and assume low skills.

P.s. Sabriz, could you help me find that missing billions, as my wallets only indicate a combined value of about 800 mil (I never put too much value into ISK making, rather did spend most of my made ISK on blowing up my ships while trying to blow up others, and failing horribly)
And the extra week gives us time to get a doctrine worked out and fitted. And spread the word

Funny, J'Poll, I always thought you had some ISK behind you (at least in assets if not liquid - I've only ever spent maybe 96 hours with a wallet balance over 5 billion myself, but I do have tens of billions in each of sell orders, production precursor goods, speculative stockpiles and a smaller amount in ships.
If you are broke, can you fly an Oneiros? If I can't make it to the roam I can provide you one.
